Honeybook is a client relations manager that has helped me streamline every part of my business! From sending and receiving emails to contracts, invoices and payments, HB does it all! I use their scheduling feature to schedule meetings and link them to my Google calendar, I automate payment reminders for my clients on a payment plan and set myself reminders so I never forget to get back to my clients.
My calendar is my lifeline! I always send my clients a Google Calendar invite with their shoot date, time + location info listed, or, for mentorship + consultation calls, I use Google Hangouts which is linked to Google Cal.
I use Trello as my virtual checklist to keep track of leads and projects!

If you’re looking for a free alternative for delivering images, Pic Time offers a free version of their platform where you can send online galleries to your clients! The galleries are sleek and modern + there's an option to sell prints!

I love using Canva for quick graphics! Though I mainly work in InDesign, Illustrator + Photoshop for graphic design work, for non designers, Canva makes it SO easy and quick to organize rate sheets, guides, virtual biz cards, etc.
